The story

Role Timeline

Full-Stack Contributor
Built backend product flows across merchant, customer, analytics, search, recommendations, and platform infrastructure, with supporting frontend contributions in customer and merchant mobile apps.

Snapshot

Find is a customer and merchant platform for local discovery, commerce, and engagement. It connects mobile discovery, merchant operations, onboarding, analytics, outlet management, payments, notifications, AI-powered recommendations, and hybrid search into one product system.

My role

Full-stack contributor across backend product flows, customer and merchant APIs, analytics, search, recommendations, and supporting mobile app integration points.

What I shipped

  • Built merchant onboarding flows for registration, password reset, industry selection, business details, Stripe Connect handling, contract signing, and dashboard access.
  • Delivered multi-outlet merchant support across catalog visibility, outlet-scoped analytics, customer discovery, branch identity, and merchant app workflows.
  • Reworked merchant engagement counters for followers, bookmarks, reviews, customer content, and shares so product surfaces used live scoped data instead of drifting stored columns.
  • Improved AI-powered recommendations and hybrid search across merchant ranking, keyword matching, location-aware results, vector retrieval, Qdrant-backed embeddings, and scoring configuration.
  • Normalized customer and merchant analytics identity so outlet-level behavior could be tracked without mixing brand and branch IDs.
  • Supported customer app surfaces for merchant detail, content discovery, analytics events, post journeys, media upload, notifications, and API contract changes.
  • Supported merchant app surfaces for onboarding, outlet management, analytics, campaigns, coupons, finance, reviews, posts, and operational dashboards.

Backend depth

The backend work focused on correctness at product boundaries: search relevance, recommendation signals, outlet-scoped data, merchant identity, analytics attribution, notification flows, and payment-adjacent onboarding. Those areas needed safe migrations and practical API contracts because customer, merchant, and operator surfaces all depended on the same evolving data model.

Why it matters

Find shows long-running product ownership, not isolated feature shipping. The work kept customer discovery, merchant operations, AI search, analytics, and multi-outlet workflows aligned while the platform grew more complex.
