Snapshot
Built a full event platform for Timor-er Banyumas' 10th anniversary: public launch site, content management, authenticated guest experience, QR-based quests, voucher claiming, and doorprize logging.
What I owned
- Designed and shipped the public countdown and landing experience so the event had a shareable, polished destination before launch day.
- Built a CMS-backed event workflow so organizers could manage content without touching code.
- Implemented Google-authenticated guest access for the event webapp.
- Added QR scan quest mechanics, voucher claim flow, and doorprize logging to support real on-site engagement.
- Wired MQTT-powered real-time interactions where event screens and guest devices needed to stay in sync.
Why it matters
The project shows the kind of product thinking clients need during live events: fast UX, low-friction check-in, clear operator tools, and real-time feedback loops that hold up when many people interact at once.
