- Introduced queues for slow or integration-heavy jobs so customer-facing flows stayed responsive.
- Built and maintained complex third-party integrations, including payment and service-provider flows.
- Added a dynamic form builder for configurable product and data-collection workflows.
- Introduced CI/CD, server infrastructure improvements, and a large automated test suite with 1000+ test cases.
- Built custom EDM tooling to reduce third-party cost and give the team more control over campaign delivery.
